Moto Morini Launches X-Cape SE In The US

A year after introducing the budget-friendly X-Cape to the US market, Moto Morini is adding a new variant to the lineup. Dubbed the X-Cape SE, the bike is an up-spec’d version of the standard model, packing features that enhance its touring-readiness, ruggedness and overall comfort.

Like the standard model, the X-Cape SE is powered by a Bosch EFI 649cc parallel-twin engine, pumping 60 horsepower and 42.5 ft-lbs of torque. Suspension duties are handled by beefy, 50mm Marzocchi forks offering 6.9 inches of travel and a KYB monoshock with 6.5 inches of travel. Brembo twin-piston calipers bite on dual discs up front and a single disc in the rear for stopping power.

The SE also adds features such as a larger skid plate, upper and lower crash bars, handguards, and a larger height-adjustable touring windscreen.
